坦領，又稱U領，漢服半臂中的一種，是從魏、晉以來上襦發展出的一種短外衣。由於胡文化在當時的唐代各階層間的廣泛流行，使得唐代女性穿小袖衣成為一種風尚。流行於隋代宮廷內，先為宮中內官、女史所服，唐代傳至民間，歷久不衰。
這款改良款，領口沒有很坦，有點小方，穿著更日常。很好搭配。寬大的領口，袖口和衣身，都非常適合夏季穿著。又有自然隨性隨風拂柳的韻味，這可能就是東方美學動人之處。
今天我們就用一張A4紙示範裁剪過程，簡單明了，眼睛會了的同時，手也會了。話不多說，就開始吧++
1.準備一張A4紙
2.上下對折
3.再左右對折，一共四層
4.如圖畫出尺寸，單位公分
5.加上縫份，沿縫份線剪下
6.左右打開，如圖畫出領口形狀，沿領圈剪下
7.把袖口的縫份折回，把兩頭多余的修剪掉
8.完成
